Nipples, Navels,Male and Female Genitals

Navel and Nipple piercings can take 9 months to 1 year
to heal. Genitals can take 4 to 8 weeks to heal. You want to
clean your piercing at least twice dailey. The best way is to take a shower. Let your piercing soak for a few minutes in the shower ( not a bath)
,this will soften any crust from around it. Use a clean wash cloth and gently remove any crusty matter from around piercing and jewelry. Using
antibacterial soap wash the piercing and jewelry then rinse completely.
Put some soap on the jewelry and gently work the jewelry through the piercing. Re rinse to remove all soap. If you are cleaning it outside of the shower
soak your piercing using a shot glass full of warm water or sea salt and water
then finish cleaning it as normal.
